Happy New Year everyone here supporting Shib!! I’d like to share a little bit of my investing journey. I started investing in the stock market after the Covid crash of 2020. If there was a perfect time to get in to the stock market it would be then. As an investor of different stocks, I was recommended by a friend of mine to look into cryptocurrency and the price action of some major projects like Bitcoin and ETH. As conventional markets were gaining 1 or 2%, I saw cryptocurrencies were moving 10x as much. That’s when I decided in February 2021 to purchase my first cryptocurrency, Dogecoin.

As a new crypto investor in 2021 it was a challenge for me to learn about cryptocurrency. All these strange words like blockchain, mining, networks etc were hard for me to grasp and some of this still is, 😆😅.

I work for NY Transit in the signal engineering department so most of my work is hands on with schematics telling me exactly how things work in the physical aspect of the field. So learning about blockchain and the functionality of which makes crypto work is something I am really passionate about because it is out of my comfort zone.

The main reason for me getting into investing is to better provide financial freedom for my family, My wife and our four children. I believe the right Cryptocurrencies can help me accomplish those goals.

Fast forward to September 2021 , after doing research, Shiba Inu grabbed my attention. I decided to start with conservative investment and by February 2022 Litecoin and Shiba Inu are my top two cryptocurrencies in my portfolio.

When I first joined Twitter in November 2022, I was introduced with a huge Shiba base, a bit overwhelming if I may add lol. So many people with so many unique skillsets to make Shib what it is today and excited to see continued progress. I didn’t know how many awesome passionate Shib supporters there are, and look forward to support as best as I can. Thank you all that have been a part of the success of Shib! Let’s go!!
